ABOUT ME

Get to Know Me a Bit Better

I graduated the UBC Master’s of Physical Therapy (MPT) program following completion of an Honour’s Degree in Biomedical Studies at the University of Northern BC in Prince George.

Although sports and orthopaedics are my primary interests, I come from a diverse background, having spent time practicing in neurology (stroke, spinal cord injury, MS, etc) and acute hospital settings. This wide range of experience allows Me to assess and treat my client more holistically, by integrating the orthopaedic, neurological and medical knowledge he has accumulated.

After moving South, I quickly fell in love with the beauty and endless adventure of the Coast Mountains. Now I live in Squamish where I spend all my spare time hiking, climbing, skiing, running, mountain biking.... Participation in these activities allows me to study and reflect upon human movement and how to refine movement patterns to promote efficiency and injury resistance in the mountains and in daily life.
